On the second or 499th episode of The 500 with Josh Adam Meyers, resident BB King historian Ryan Sickler shared all the details surrounding the Father of the Blues’ healthy eating choices, his original Star Wars trilogy watching habits, and his toe nail to toe ratio. All important facts which emerged over the hour and a half conversation that went deep into prison performances as well as the soul of Blues music.

Meyers felt he need not study so much given Sickler’s Rain Man-esque recall of BB King facts and trivialities. All in all, it was educational, it had heart, and the following playlist handicked by Sickler is sure to delight more than merely the Crabfeast faithful…
